Welcome to our website...
Sports have always been an integral part of my identity. My interest in various sports and training began at a young age and began to evolve during my undergraduate studies in physical education. I was involved in many sports and activities, including boxing and swimming. I was passionate about these sports, but the most essential part, and the one that fascinated me most, was the Strength and Conditioning training that was essential to exceed in any sport-specific
Establishing my gym began to take shape toward the end of my MSc in Sports Therapy. My primary goal was to change my community's stereotypical view of training and create a new training method that would have a more profound impact than simply attending a gym to perform specific movements.
I began searching for a location to host the project. During the first few years, until I found the right place, I coached in several gyms as a personal trainer, trying to plant my initial ideas by working with trainees in different locations.
We found the place! It was an old house needing renovation, but it seemed like a dream come true.

On November 7, 2014, we welcomed our first group of members, most of whom were family and friends who supported the idea. We started with fewer than ten members and one coach.
For 9 years, we offered a CrossFit training program specializing in physical preparation and rehabilitation. This period was considered the cornerstone of our sports community and an extension of what I sought to establish in our small and larger community.
This period was based on being part of a global network of gyms that shared a training methodology while preserving the uniqueness of each gym. We organized 3-5 fitness competitions annually to promote sports values among our gym members and strengthen their links to the place.

As the PalFit community expanded, the need for new spaces and additional services increased. We worked to renovate the building, preserving its original spirit from 1964 while adding modern additions to suit the needs of members and staff.

We operated under the CrossFit brand as "CrossFit Ramallah," the first CrossFit box in Palestine for several years. In October 2023, we announced our withdrawal from the affiliation with the brand and all related training programs due to a company statement supporting the Israeli occupation, which was committing genocide in the Gaza Strip and human rights violations in the West Bank and Jerusalem.

Since disaffiliating from CrossFit, we have continued to work with our methodology based on the core training elements of strength, endurance, and flexibility. We have proven that our success is not limited to our affiliation with a particular trademark. Instead, we are an independent organization capable of innovation and giving despite our challenging circumstances. We have the potential and energy to develop and progress. We aspire to provide the best training programs for our members through fun and energetic group classes. Our training staff is educated, experienced, and capable of producing the best for our members.
Pal-Fit is no longer just a training and gathering space but a hub for many male and female trainers to lay the foundation for their training careers and implement their visions. Over the past ten years, this facility has transformed into a sports institution that includes several professional trainers in sports training and a large group of trainees united not only by their love of the place but also their love of training.
At Pal-Fit, we aim to raise the player's fitness to the highest levels throughout the year. This is achieved through group sessions that include dozens of training elements to expose the body to various possible challenges. This physical preparation is reflected in the psychological resilience of participants and helps them overcome life's difficulties and challenges. This is the foundation of our training.
We believe in an integrated and cross-training approach, and we coordinate our annual training program to enhance the efficiency of all training elements gradually and thoughtfully throughout the year. We divide training periods into weekly, monthly, and yearly training units to ensure a balance in all the aforementioned elements: strength, endurance, and flexibility.
